Founder and Principal Manager
Nikita Herrod
Nikita Herrod is our Principal Managing Member. Bringing a people focused background from careers in Counseling and Human Resources, she developed a love for real estate, having begun her career as an investor of residential rental properties in 2020. Now with five (5) years experience as a small landlord, she is ready to make a large impact on the working community in Hartford and surrounding areas.
She has witnessed housing prices become unaffordable and heard story after story of working people in search of housing. The difficulty in locating apartments and small homes has reached an all time high.
Nikita feels a humanitarian call on her life to close the gap on this crisis. She feels that basic housing isn't a privilege but is a right of all people.
That is why she is building Kingdom Keys Redevelopment, LLC. inspired by scriptures Psalms 27:4-5 and John 14:1-3. Simply put...we are building homes where the mission is to bring peace and prosperity to working families by making affordable housing accessible.
Furniture Donations
One focus of KKRD is to create furnished spaces that can be used as transitional housing.

Situations arise where working families are immediately displaced and don't have anywhere to go. Kingdom Keys will partner with non-profit organizations that work with theses families to find temporary housing. It will be a great day, when that call comes and Kingdom Keys answers with an actual right now place for the family to go.

Any furniture donations given to KKRD, will be used to furnish these spaces.
