Kingdom Keys Redevelopment is positioned to bring small to medium sized single family, and multifamily buildings back to life.
Our goal is to increase starter home and apartment availability at affordable rates. Once rehabbed our rentals will include apartments and single family houses. Some SFH will rent with the option to own.

My Story
Kingdom Keys Redevelopment LLC is dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions to the community of Hartford. I started investing in real estate quite accidentally. I needed to relocate for my job and did not want to sell my home so I rented it when I moved. That was January 2019.
Then Covid came and I needed to relocate again. After two years of renting, I decided to try purchasing a home when I arrived in Connecticut. I acquired a 3-family home in January 2021, then a townhome in December 2021 also.
Since then, I have been interested in pursuing real estate full time. I have learned of the hardship people have been experiencing affordable housing. I have been asked many times if I had any availability for those searching. It saddened me to say no.
Now, I'm so excited to say that Kingdom Keys Redevelopment, LLC is focused on creating affordable housing for the hard workers who are unable to bear the continually inflating housing market.
I am committed to finding ways to offer housing that people will be proud to call home at rates that will allow residents to take care of other priorities, as well.

Kingdom Keys Redevelopment, LLC, KKRD specializes renovating dilapidated properties to bring them back online for housing supply. The focus demographic are working class people. KKRD is opening the door of home ownership and desired housing to and for working class people. The quality filled spaces are more than basic shelter in various forms built and restored for the Glory of God.
The following scriptures guide the work we do. The driving force behind providing housing is not about making money, it is about giving every person access to safe, comfortable, and affordable housing.

David asked of the Lord that he would seek and dwell in the house of the Lord all of the days of David's life. His desire was to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to meditate in His temple. For he knew that the Lord would hide him from life's trouble in His shelter. David would be hidden in the secret place of the Lord.
